After 2 years and many service trips, I have decided that my A/C will never be fixed. Comcast cable is the only choice for cable, as satellite dishes are not allowed and WOW cable will not touch these apartments. Parking is assigned and not bad as long as you only have one car. These apartments are starting to show their age as things break regularly. In the past year I have replaced two light fixtures and a electrical socket.

You would have to be a real fool to live in these Apartments.
I would rather have home for the price we pay.
Only a convicts girlfreind would live here.
