I have just signed my second lease and two days after doing so I regret signing it!! I have had issues with the maintenance since moving in and the office staff not returning phone calls on various issues. The last straw was today after suffering with no air conditioning for the entire weekend the after hours maitenance person Jerry finally calls me back after leaving 15 pager messages and he REFUSES TO COME OUT TO LOOK AT THE AIR CONDITIONING!!!! REFUSING TO REPAIRS ISN'T THAT A VIOLATION OF MY LEASE!!!!!!!!!

Same problem here, management is the WORSE, how do you expect maintenance guys to be any better, they all hate their boss, so they don't give *** about the quality of their work.

ITS SAD TO SEE A GROWN WOMAN NEEDS TO LIE.The part that she is leaving out, is the truth. Its funny that she does not mention only putting in 4 or 5 numbers, on the emergency beeber number. That makes it tuff to returne a phone call, finally 8 hours later, I recieved all 7 numbers. When I called 30 sec after the full page, I had to hear Iv been trying to page you F----- people all F------ day. I had explain I only recieved 4 numbers the first time and 5 the second time, but she did not want to belive that was possible (she could not have made a mistake). When I asked where she lived she gave me a apartment number, I asked for the address she did not know her own address. I explained I have 17 buildings with that apartment number, she said F--- it and hung up on me. Its hard to sevice someone who does not know where they live. And feels that yelling screaming and swearing will help me figure out her address. I did show management the next day the incomplete numbers and time of the calls on the beeper that were placed by this tenant. Our staff here at Parkside, management & maintenance work very hard for our 500 tenants. But unfortunatly there will always be a couple of people you just cant help. We truly hope there is better communication next time. P.S this tenants a/c was fixed the following morning.
