Owner and the manager are terrible!!!!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
Owner is some old guy who HATES people, manager Gloria was sometimes in the past maybe a good person but had to deal with this nutcase for so long that she became the same.If you plan to move in here get ready to be thretened to be kicked out all the time for any little "rule-breaking". It feels like they are lettting people live there for free, so they can impose all this rules and regulations that make no sense.
Pray that you don't need some repair in your apartment, because if you do get ready for the long wait and mean management.
