Parkside sucks!!! Everything that could possibly go wrong with an apartment has with me. The price you pay is good and all, but I guess there's a reason for that. I strongly do not recommend living here unless you need very very little to go by.

It must not be to bad here because they have NO vacancies and you know why because NOBODY IS MOVING OUT!!! I am considering a few places to move into and had a few chances to speak with Gloria and shee seemed very nice. Im not sure what the problem is but I was told that they are doing some rennovations and updates. Gloria stated that if you want a "updated" or "newly rennovated" apartment it is only $25 more per month. Maybe you all needed to cut the crap talk and spend the $25. Im doubt if I move here because I am possibly going to the Preserves but, if this was one of my options I would consider Parkside!!! |
