Parkside is one of the lower priced aptartments around, and it is true you get what you pay for but, for the price you cannot beat it...The grounds are kept clean and neat, the grass is always cut and grean. I have had no querks with management, READ THE CONTRACT BEFORE YOU SIGN AND MAYBE YOU WILL SEE THAT YOUR COMPLAINTS ARE NOT WORTHY. The only thing I did not like was the noise from the other tenants, there is no sound deadening.
