parkside is a rundown hole all due to management of coarse. They have crackheads and ex cons hired as employees. Don't plan on getting the drafty windows or the air conitioners that dont work fixed because all the money goes in the mangaers pockets. They sure are living fat. Watch your posessions are hidden because the old **** manager might steal them.
