Please do not move here, you will be sorry. Sure the rent is reasonable but you pay for what you get. I don't even know where to start. Well let's start with the drafty windows. My gas bill ran me over $200 a month in the winter. Secondly, the sidewalks and parking lots are a joke when it snows. This past Christmas, it was so much ice on the sidewalks that I had to cancel my dinner plans and relocate the dinner to another family member's house because I was afraid someone would slip and fall and really injury themselves. The main doors are not locked; anyone off the streets has access to the building. The majority of the time the lights in the hallway are out. It takes at least 3 calls to management to get them replaced. I would not recommend this property to anyone. If you want cheap rent and nothing else, then this is the place for you.

the managers suck the maint is very good.managers wont let maint do there jobs.if they dont like you you wont get nothing done.maint has no controll over what gets fixed.managers took maint off snow removel,because its cheeper to hire labor ready./drunk bums
