I used to live in 42312 Parkside Apt 105, we were treated very badly by management and we went a year with out a lease and they would raise our rent without telling them all summer our air conditioning was broke and our sink. They finally fixed our sink on there own convienence. There were water coming out of the walls and we got broke into and they would not fix are door even though we had a police report to prove we got broke into, instead they started rumors that we were --- and are boyfriend broke into our place. I am a professional social worker and I will be more than willing to talk to anyone about this place. I am looking into the better business bureau because yes the rent is cheap, but it's a pain in the ass, they will randomly raise your rent and not tell you about it. We had to leave because of the safety of our lives someone painted a ----- on the outside of our door and does managment come re paint over it NO! Someone colored rainbow colors on our 105 so rude... management wanted us to leave trust me. Are neighbors are good people and I will miss them and I will miss the nice people that can say we have been through a lot. It's a very unsafe and unprofessional and shady place to live.

the to guys that lived there painted the door rainbow colors to show their --- pride.him and his boyfriend faught all the time locking each other out.kicking in the door everytime,maint got tired of fixing it.for the sink got fixed same day as called.they bailed on there lease.just goes to show what kind of people work as social workers no wonder our kids are messed up
