I had a family member that use to live here and I am glad that they are out of there. First of all maintence sucks! They had birds in their vents and maintence came out and just laughed never did anything about it. When they complain to the office, the office did not do anything. Walls very very thin, you could hear your upstairs neighbor. They people that lived there, some of them looked like they belong in the ghetto. I would never never ever tell anyone to live there.

I am the Manager of The Preserves and I was quite surprised about the review dated August 19th, 2009. I do recognize who the person is that wrote this review. I guess I should not be surprised because the person that posted this review was charged for a few items from their security deposit. I know this is a great venue to put down your thoughts and feelings but it is also a place for people who have moved out owing money to the property to somehow in their mind to get back at the property. In response to their birds nest problem this particular person only called us once in about 2 yrs to express a concern about this problem, Our maintenance person went over and had a discussion with the resident. Nothing was ever brought to our attention until the date of move out. The resident's daughter turns in the keys and tells us about the birds nest. We pride ourselves at The Preserves on our customer service and our appreciation of our residents!! I don't know why in 2 years they never called to complain about the birds nest again or about the discussion with the Maint person, all they had to do was pick up the phone to have taken care of. As far as any noise problems the particular resident never had any complaints of noise issues. As far as the "Ghetto" remark was concerned I am floored! Voicing an opinion is one thing which I feel is great for an open discussion but trying to "retaliate" over unhappiness with a security deposit refund is very small minded and very obvious! With every negative comment posted for The Preserevs I have a community of happy residents who live and enjoy The Preserves! Sour grapes is just that sour!!

I live in the Preserves, 1 year this month, and have never been "laughed" at, "ignored" or otherwise disregarded by any of the entire staff. This property takes painstaking care of its grounds and prides itself on its customer service!!! I have had silly issues, wasp, goofy sound from the ice maker, and even support to change light bulbs whenever the need and whatever hodgepodge issue I may have had which are common be it a rental property, townhouse, home or summer cottage. EACH of my requests was met promptly and professionally and I always feel secure in that knowledge. The Preserves is in a wonderful community, safe and drama free, great schools, convenient to shopping, express ways, entertainment etc! They host meet ??n?? great brunch every last Saturday of the month, wonderful holiday parties and genuinely care about all their tenants. Not only have I recommended it to co-workers and friends I am opting to continue my stay!!! Keep in mind, some people dying of thirst would balk at your providing them Dasani and would complain if it weren??t Evian??
