I love Shoal Creek! I have been living here for a little while and I have only had positive experiences! I especially like the office staff. They are always very cheerful and helpful. Whenever I have a maintenace concern, the maintenace crew is here usually the day I call but sometimes the next day. They also throw holiday parties for the residents that are a nice bonus! Overall, this place is terrific and I continue referring friends here (I also receive $$ if I refer a friend to Shoal Creek) This place is great!
