Shoal Creek is a great place to live. I have lived here for about a year and a half. The first apartment that I had with them was a one bedroom and it was so quiet all of the time. There was a fire in the apartment next to mine and the complex was more than helpful. They put us up in a Hotel for a couple of days and then they moved us to a 2 bedroom with a fireplace for a month and half while they re-did the other apartment. Now we live in a 2 bed/2 bath and we have had no problem. The noise from upstairs is a little problem, but what apartment isn't it in' Overall this place is a great place to live and I would recomment it to anyone. The maintinence staff is not that bad either. They will respond to your calls within the same day and if they don't fix the problem, just let the office know and the problem will be fixed guaranteed!
