I enjoy living at Shoal Creek. The maintenance guys are very pleasant and the office staff is very helpful. Also I have lived here for 3 years and they have never raised my rent! I still only pay $800 for a nice 2 bedroom apartment. The only reason I will move is when I buy a house.
