Looks can be deceiving! The apartment is great, even though it is way too expensive (789.00) for a ONE bedroom. I'm not to happy with the office staff, or the maint. for that matter... my dishwasher has been broken since I moved in (last month) and I found a work order in my kitchen from them that stated they were going to replace it, when I never gave them permission to come in! Also, my patio looks like someone had a grease fight on it before moving out! You would think they would re-stain it or something, considering move-in costs exceed $1,500.00. With all that said and a few other minor irritations, like the paper thin walls, I do like it here, I just can't wait until I'm able to get a house of my own. Do I recommend it' Yes...if these little things don't bother you.
