WOW, if only I'd seen this website before!! Shoal Creek is very pretty at the outset...the office people seemed good too. This was until I signed the lease...after which I had a few problems.
The office staff is very rude...esp the manager, and the others are generally unhelpful...it seems to be the rule here, more than the exception.
The maintenance is alright..some of the folks were quite helpful.
But, on the whole, if you like your peace and quiet and dont need to be dealing with stuck up people in the leasing office, STAY AWAY!!
