I have lived here for going on 5 years. My leasing agent has gone out of her way time and time again. She is always so helpful, be it maintence reports or just holding my packages for me when I am not home to get them myself.

The Maintence staff is unmatched. In the time that I have lived here I have asked for there help many times.

My apartment is great. Granted, the cabnets are a little out dated (90's style). I am in the process of moving into one of the newly renovated apartments. They are a little more expensive, but I think that the new appliances alone are worth it.

All in all Shoal Creek has been good to me and I will continue to live here.
