I have been very happy with my stay at Shoal Creek. The remodeled apartments are very nice and decently priced with current specials compared to the area. It has always been very quiet and the neighbors are courteous to each other. Of the few maintenance requests I've had, they have all been very punctual and taken care of the problem immediately. Overall, I would definately recommend Shoal Creek.
