I have always enjoyed living at Shoal Creek until about 3 months ago, I had a major problem with one of my neighbors. I contacted the manager, Jennifer, and let her know about the situation. She wasn't able to resolve the problem immediately but after a lot of work and court time, she managed to have this terrible neighbor evicted. I am proud to say that this manager is fantastic! I will recommend Shoal Creek to my friends because I know that if there is a problem, Jennifer will take care of it! If anyone from SHoal Creek upper manangement is reading this, you should definately give Jennifer a raise because she puts her all into her work!
