When I moved in, I signed a 3 month contract and had to pay market price which was $645. They told me if I stayed any longer, I'de have to pay month-to-month but that when I'm ready to sign a year contract I can get the deal paying $495. When I finally wanted to sign a year contract, they said the deal was only meant for new tenants. Here are some of my opinions about my experience living there.
-pretty updated, roomy
-faucets made a lot of noise
-a/c was VERY VERY loud when you first turned it on
-plenty of spiders, few centipedes and ants.
-plenty of parking at my building, few at most
-quiet most of the time
-Staff wasn't very friendly
-roads were cracked and unleveled
