You should pay your a/c. The wall is thin and window is not seal well, you can feel the wind blow into your room. The heating cost is high in winter. We once lived there for seven years before we have a baby, we did not ask for any maintenance, when we expected our new born baby coming, we asked to replace the carpet and kitchen floor since they were wear out and some broken. We asked the manager to have them replaced, she lied to us and never do anything, when we asked several times, she gave us some chemical liquid to wash the kitchen floor saying the floor has to been clean before to replace them, we did clean, but they would not replace it. we asked time to time, they finally replace the kitchen floor. The carpet never got replaced. This is a cheap place, but not cheap to live.
