I have lived here for about a year and overall, I'd say that it has been a pretty good apartment experience. It is not bad for the price. I did have a few problems though. The shower works kinda wierd, the cold is either all the way off or all the way on, so it's hard to get a good temperature, at least in my shower. Also, there is a TON of children who think it's fun to scream just for the sake of screaming over and over and over. Not too bad in the winter, but when it's warm, they are all on the playgroud screaming. I guess they aren't told by their 'rents to control themselves. So get a place as far from the playground as possible.
