I actually moved in here on May 16th. I haven't had any problems with managment, they're actually pretty cool and very helpful.
The only problem that I've really had while being here, have been the obnoxious people above us. They're really prude jerks and actually complained that we were being too loud and noisey, before we ever moved in. We didn't get to the apartment until 2pm on the 16th and they complained that MORNING that we were too loud. So now when anything goes wrong or there's a little noise, they call management right away and complain. But really, with any apartment there's going to be a risk of horrible neighbors. But Robin and Kathy were very awesome with that, sent out a letter to them and it really did the trick.
I've only been to the fitness room once, but it is very small. I don't think they have air conditioning in there, so it gets hot quickly. But there's a running machine, a bike thing..some other thing, and two weight lifting machines. But it's 24 hours and you get your own key to it.

The only thing I would change would be to live on the 3rd floor instead of the 2nd. Right now, I know its cheaper to live on the 1st floor but the 2nd and 3rd are at the same price. So I would really go for it just so you don't hear the sqeaking of people walking above you. OH yeah, that's another thing. The floors are actually REALLY creaky. But the walls are sound proof. Once you're in your apartment you really can't hear anything outside your walls. You can hear the main door slamming, because people are rude. But you can't hear anyone/thing nextdoor to you.
