Old, flimsy apartments with loud banging noises at night

In this apartment, the good news is that you do not need an alarm clock! The bad news is a loud creaking noise when your neighbor upstairs walks will ensure that you don't sleep at night. You can also listen to the neighbors TV and music and probably save on cable TV that way. Sending complaints to management is pretty useless as they don't seem to care. The hallway doors are usually broken and crime is rampant. The only positive is the cheap price but remember that you get what you pay for. At sterling lake you actually get a lot less than what you pay for. Don't come to this apartment if you want to sleep. Another good news is that you don't need to be scared of Freddy Kreuger (Nightmare on Elm Street). He won't be able to hurt you as you can 'never sleep again'.
