Overall, this place is OK for the price. The maintenance staff and groundskeeping staff are excellent; they respond quickly to problems and keep it looking nice.

The management could use some improvement. The manager is very friendly but sometimes a little "spacey." For instance, I had been waiting on a package to arrive (they deliver to the office if you're not there), and she did not tell me it had arrived until nearly two weeks after it was delivered!

The management also has no way of keeping residents accountable for grounds violations, such as parking in a carport spot that's not theirs, putting butter on people's doorknobs and peepholes, and jamming security doors open with paper clips and paper towels so they can let their friends (and everyone else) in without having to get off their ass in their own apartment.

The latest incident, which happened this past week, was particularly disturbing: some crazy person decided to put toothpicks in people's apartment door locks and then break them off...meaning the keys would stick and we couldn't even get in our own apartments! Thankfully, a wonderful maintenance staff member helped everyone out by replacing about a dozen doorknobs on a VERY hot July day in un-airconditioned hallways. However, the management seems to be helpless and can't do anything to prevent this from happening. I had just renewed a year-long lease before this last incident, and I'm very sorry I did!

I would not recommend living here, go somewhere else where there are security cameras and reliable, responsible management.
