stinky, smelley........but good for the price

apartments are soo stinky, some times you can't walk in the walk ways because of smells. management keep on changing, and they said something at the time of lease, it will be different after that. other side, there are people who is living from past 30-35 years in these apartments.In addition, as some one said staff won't be in office all the time.finally, i don't want to renew my lease again.
