Excellent srvice and a great place to live - This is the second time I have lived in Kings and both times have been great, the maintenence and management have always been helpful and keep on top of things. my experience I loved the space and view where I was living. I have no complaints. The maintenance was there to work on any problem you had within a very reasonable time and it was alway fixed to your satisfaction. Safety is a concern with parking and it was well lit up all the time.

Not what I wanted I would not recommend these apartments, there are too many children, too much noise. Most tenants used the entrance or the hall way as an extension of their apartments. If you are looking for a quiet community this is not the one.

Great Value - Responsive Mgt The two bedroom I rented had large walk-in closets and a nice, open floorplan. The very few maintenance issues I had were promptly addressed. The staff is courteous and interested in tenants' concerns. Lots of families and generally quiet overall.
