What a difference! - I just moved into the Parks and was a little leary about the reputation. It is so nice. Rating Coppertree - I moved here in March '07. I totally regret moving in this high priced dump. Not once but twice stolen cars have been parked next to mine. west hell minster park I have only lived here for a month and hate it. Everything in the apartment is out of date, they have roaches, you can here through the walls. Management is very unprofessional and very rude ass hell, maintenance doesn't fix anything they just put a band-aid

Don't Move Here! The worst place imaginable! There are drugs, fights and car thefts. Some neighbors are rude and insensitive to other tenants, they play loud music from their car stereos from 1-3 in the morning. Management has zero tolerance for tenants that are struggling with paying
