Quiet and Relaxing Place to be I lived here at Homestead Condo's and found this complex to be very affordable.
Well kept grounds and snow removal. The neighborhood has changed dramatically for the better and has completely become a condominimum atmosphere.

Pretty good here! Conklin Estates has beautiful views and pretty nice grounds. Parking has never been an issue and the maintenance workers have been great. Their air conditioning units are not the best and on the third floor that means it is very hot (year round). My apartment was nice and clean. I

Unhappy with Apartment I rented a Apartment in conklin estates for 13 months and it was way over priced for a crapy one bedroom apartment. It was also inposiable to break the lease. Your better off buying a house for the money I payed.

Beautiful wooded setting My family lived at Conklin for 5 years. That should tell you something. What I loved most about the place is that it is in such a beautiful natural setting, set back in a wooded area with mature trees. Most apartments have views of buildings or streets, this one

I have been at Conklin for 3 years now. Its a place to live. I have never had the greatest time with the staff. They say they are going to do one thing and never get around to it. Far more noisy than I'd like it to be.

Horrible Lived here for a long time and finally gave up, it is noisy, insulation is poor so you hear EVERYTHING!!!!! You hear everyone pound up and down the stairs, all the bass and music, and the neighbors arguing! The windows are so flimsy, you hear everything that is going

Like very much! Conklin Estates is BEAUTIFUL! Quiet, peaceful and full of wildlife! Sits back in a nice country like setting. Office staff and maintenace seem to be very friendly and when they are out and bout they would stop and talk to you. Gave the community a nice neighborly feeling.

Problems... The parking lot was always icy and snowy in the winter. Staff is condecending and unhelpful. Late fees were outrageous. Not flexible. The apartments are sweltering all year round due to the heat never turning off (I called numerous times during the summer to complain about my heat
