This is a very nice, quiet, mixed community.
Work out area, excellent storage space, pool, great facilities.
moved here from a big city, and feel good about this place.
have lived here for over a year - maintenence is always available and quick on the draw.
no major problems - had a plumbing prob on a sunday afternoon, and they immediately called up a plumber who was there ASAP.
i was home during the day, but the apt.
maintenence was around to let him in in the event i wasn't there.
(pretty rare).
stone's throw from i-75, grocery, rite aid, somerset, and all surrounding areas.
short commutes.
thumbs up.
drawback would potentially be that the 1 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms are the exact same size, and i live in a 1 bedroom, so it's huge.
but a lot more "economical" to live in a 2 bedroom.
