	We lived there for 3 years. Best ever I could find around Troy. Spacious room with extra storage, quite and friendly community, super service... Cons: no kids/outdoor facilities Rent is at the high end but worth it. Fully recommended!

	Beautiful large apartments conveniently located near the trendy Somerset Collection in Troy. Maintenance is poor, with old appliances, A/C, furnaces.

	All my friends and family that visit like the apartment, its a nice impressive apartment, glad i moved here.
