Any Home Properties community is a complete joke as you can see from the reviews written below before 11/2002 review. I can guarntee you that that review was written by managment themselves to not deter new residents. Whether it be Cantebury Square, Charter Square, or Stephenson House, they all give the same lies and bull****!!! All they care about is getting their rent money. They could care less about you, even if you have been violated by other tenants, harrassed, had major issues with apartment itself, and believe me if you lost your job they would still find a way to charge you for early terminiation!!!
