Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003
I have lived here for 4 years 1999 thru present and I can tell you that I love the apartment, their maintenance, the location. However I do not appreciate the mentallity of the management. They are just trying to stiff you of your hard earned dollars. I had trusted Home Properties till now, NOT ANYMORE. I have realised that most of the tenants i have spoken to RECENTLY who have lived here from 2 years to 6 months are paying rent any where from 640 to 650 a month, however I am paying $700.00 a month'', my fault I have lived here for 4 years, thats what the management tells me. In a nut shell they do not give a rats a#@$ if you have been loyal to home properties. Name of the game donot live here for a long period cause you will get screwed on your rent. Even when you ask them to charge you the market rent at the tme of your lease renewal the standard excuse is that is only for new tenants. I WILL CONTINUE TO SCREW YOU CAUSE I HAVE GOT YOU NOW.
