I have been living at these apartments for close to a year. Thus far I have experienced nothing but dissatisfaction. The apartment is not near worth the amount of rent they charge. It?s always noisy and people drive like mad through the parking lot blaring their music. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything your neighbor does. You can hear the neighbors running water through the pipes, their footsteps, talking, music, TV any anything you can possible think of. I have brought these matters to the members of management. At first they seem like they care, but then they don?t do anything about it. They are fake and try to please you to your face, but never follow-up. Not very good management skills. The other day I came from work and they had sprayed what seemed to me like ROACH SPRAY! The smell was very strong throughout the building and in my arartment. I had to leave the windows open in 90 degree weather to get the smell out. It was horrible. You would think that management would give us notice before hand.



Now to get to the apartment itself. For the few appliances that are provided, almost all of them have been worked on or need to be replaced. The cabinets are crooked and the kitchen sink is rotted underneath. The floors squeek and there are cracks in the wall.



I absoutely HATE this place and I wish that I would have never set one foot in the main office?s door. I would not recommed this hell to anyone. I hope that this helps others when looking for apartments.
