Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
In th two years that we lived at Canterbury Square it kept getting worse. There were three major contruction projects whille we were there all taking three times as long as they should have because they would start and stop after they had done things to make it difficult to live there, starting up sometimes months later as there was no parking and the face of our town house was ripped off. On three seperate occasions we had to replace tires due to nails left strewn about in the parking lot. The rent is way too high for what you get. The maintenance staff is a joke. And, when we moved out they withheld almost all of our deposit for repairs that they would have had to made anyway due to the fact that the place is falling apart.
