This community is great; the staff is courteous and their prices aren't bad. Beautiful clubhouse with a 24-hour fitness center and it's right by I-75 for easy access.

My maintenance issues were taken care of within 24 hours, and the only time it wasn't - they refunded my rent for the day!!! How's that for customer service' They actually have a money-back guarantee called The Pledge (all of the Home Properties communities do). Even if you don't rent there, go to a Home Properties community because they give you this money-back guarnatee in writing.

Clean apartments and nice neighborhood - highly recommend!
