Here are some comments from me
Some people from management are really non-cooperative and changes word on every day. Take care ? again n again ? take care of agreement before signing it. Don?t trust them, they just look for money.
Don?t rent near to freeway, causes lot of noise.
Ample car parking space but insecure. Couple of weeks back some one stolen music systems from 5/6 cars. The management stand at that time was not helpful.
Congested apartment buildings
Old apartment. They just renewed outside walls and coloring. But still structure is old.
Cheap fixtures, materials, or poor insulation at kitchen and bathroom.
Rent is high compare to facilities.
Plus points:
Extra storage space at laundry room.
Maintenance Service is OK
