Worst maintanance... DONT COME TO CHARTER SQUARE

These houses are very old. I can smell what my neighbor cooks through my Air conditioner. I have complained about this a million times and they dont seem to acknowledge. Secondly the apartment next to the I-75 is bad!!! I can hear the traffic all the time!!!
