I am in a current search for a nice 1 maybe 2 bedroom apartment just depending on the price and during my search ended up at Charter Square, that is the first and last time I will make that mistake! It looks good from afar and thats about it! The staff in the office reminded me of the bitchy stuck up girls I went to high school with LOL it was HORRIBLE! They were less then helpful and very unprofessional they also discussed some of their current residents personal life choices with me which was not only unsetteling but I think its against the law. All and all they did not get my business or a second thought I would not reccomend this apartment complex.

That is so weird that you say that because I just rented from there and I am moving in tomorrow. My experience working with the staff was very professional and they were very nice and answered any question I had. One of the questions I asked the leasing consultant she wasn't sure of the answer and immediately went to their manager for the answer for me so that I was totally prepared to move in without any questions in the back of my mind. I didn't have to look at a model, I was able to see the exact apartment I am moving into. I am so impressed with the staff that I actually referred a friend and she had the same great experience I did. So not only do I have a great apartment with a thoughful staff they are going take off $100.00 off my rent for referring someone. Overall I am very happy with the choice I made to live there.

i leaving this juck of a place they dont fix nothing and you cant get no sleep it so noise i cant beleave this bull they show a newer remodel then when come times to move in they put you in the back and dont be late on your rent you will be paying out the ass you'll never catch up plus no buy you live by cant speak english, look at you like you dont belong here i will never tell any one about this place. HO they have a bad bad case of bed bugs that come from over sea . didnt know what bed bugs was until i moved here so take your business some where eles the and the wieght room is a joke, dont know who come to clean it but it will make you sick just buy looking at it smell really bad and nothing in it works i would take my money somewhere else. it all about getting them unit rented so the staff can keep thier jobs . they dont care about you as a person or someone youll be dealing with the nexts year with. i feel like i was over sea somewhere, parking isnt good and they cut the gress once a week and if it rain in that week your grass going to look like ----. just three words dont do it
