I am a teen and have been living here about 2 years now, and so far, not good. There has been refrigerators broken, basement window leaking, and smells funky. Today, I went to the pool, and I jump in, and this lady comes at me nagging me about how we're not allowed to jump into a 5 feet pool, even when there is nobody in it. She sounded very uneducated because she said jumping and diving were the same. There's a reason why they are separate words! Anyway, that pool was payed from our rent so why aren't we allowed to decide/vote what is safe and not safe' There are kids here that lit dumpsters on fire, break basement windows, and bikes getting stolen. Not a good environment for children to grow up in. I live in a townhouse right next to a freeway (half of charter square faces busy roads and freeways), and they don't even bother to give us a sound proof windows. So I cannot sleep very well at night.
I strongly do not recommend it.

lol I know that girl is such a -----, she is always everyones business she said that too me too...i just ignored here. what is she gonna do kick me out of my appartment?

I know, their service is terrible, me and my friend had to wait 20 minutes standing since all of them couldn't bother to waste 5 seconds on some crap. They also don't take teens/minors seriously.

Let me tell you that in that community there is not basement windows, which ones you are taking about. I live here since 1989 and I have no complaints. Of course nothing is perfect in this world. And I do recommend this place. The people in the office are very nice. The lady that watch the pool, yes she is a very rude person and she does not have manners. But you know what, I really don't care what she said, I reported to main office and I hope they do something. Back in track, I really like it here. Schools are great, good location, affordable prices, and spacious apartments.
