Its pretty clear the last few (raving) reviews have been written by the management, in fact by the new manager, who incidently is a baggage carried forward from the Village Green management.



We moved out a few months ago after staying there for 2 years. On all counts, the upkeep of the complex has deteriorated after Eagles Landing took over. The first thing that strikes you is the disaster they have made of the Lawns which used to be lush green till last year. Now the complex wears a burnt yellow look. The Dumpsters are left uncleaned for days and the maintenance is ad-hoc. If at all there have been good changes it has been to the leasing center ... what with new carpets etc. But how does that help the renters '''

Above all, the new manager seems to have developed an attitude after being promoted suddenly from her humble beginning ! If you are of asian origin, stay clear of her !!!



Overall, I wouldn?t recommend the place.
