Spent 9 months (glad I did not go for the one year lease)Moved out in June of 2003. in my 9 months the people above me smoked pot rite out side my window at least once a week and their young children sounded like they had led boots on. the maintance staff sucked and would drag race their company vans and trucks up and down the street at all hours of the nite. ground floor apartments on the new side had base board heating that caused us to be stuck with at least 80 degree temps all winter. be aware that the entire old side of the complex has all base board heating and they all have the same 80 degree problems. my sisters car was broken in to when she came to visit. the secruity gates did not work. and the main doors to the apartments would never lock or close all the way no need to buzz any one in because the doors would not close. check out the 3 oaks apartments in troy near same price and far better place to live
