I cannot begin to tell you the mess that Eagles Landing brings. I came to see this place and they show you the perfect model. Then the apt that you get is the total opposite. I asked to see the one that I am getting, it looked horrible. But they told me at least you will see the before cause the after will blow you away.... I was excited at first. I worked in the area so I was able to visit the apt to see if it was getting workede on. IT WASN'T!!!! Then I called like 2 weeks before my move in and they said that the maintenance was almost finish. (By the looks of my daily visits, they were nowhere started). One day before my move in, a leasing agent called and asked can I move my move in date back. I asked him why and he said cause it was a water main break in my apartment. I told him that he has to fix it cause I cant change my date. He said that it will be fixed. Those were the beginning of my problems.

I went to sign my lease with a maintenance guy, not a leasing consultant before I checked the place. Went to the apt, the keys didnt work, the place stunk and it was dirty, with evidence that it wasnt completed. I told them that I wasnt moving in the dump and I want my monies back, the maintenance guy had to call the maintenance supvsr and they told me that I get all the money except for my sec dep.

They found me a better, bigger apt in the back that I picked and I was satisfied. I was moving in the CURRY smelling apt that wreaked so bad, a resident told me when I was moving in that this place sucked and to run, run as fast as I can.

Just to give a brief story, I was in the basement so I ran off of "radiant heat", which is nothing. I called the Hall of Shame that it was sooo bad. I had to buy my own plastic for the windows. I could see my breath in my apt for 2 months this past winter.

Since the maintenance lied and said everything was alright, noone believed me, I told them to come and feel it themselves. They will tell me they was coming the next day and I will use the electric stove to heat up the apt, then they would come when it is heated from the stove. I was soooooooooo mad that I wanted the Troy city to come out and inspect.


The maintenance suprvsr was coming over for a maintenance request, he came over for the AC (which was part of the request) and not for a ceiling fan, he said that he had to send someone out to tighten the ceiling fan. A CEILING FAN....you are the suprsvr and cant tighten a ceiling fan. COME ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The resident 2 floors above me decided to throw his 2 bags of garbage off his balcont and leave it there for 2 days, in front of my apt since I am in the basement. We decided to comfort him about it after we seen rodents by the garbage. Also we are next to a DOG apt and since the nastypet owners dont pick up after there dogs, you have to watch your step while walking.

I painted a room in my apt and asked how much will it cost if I dont change the color back' They said $80 per wall for one room. so 3 walls is $240 for a bedroom. That it crazy!!!!!

I called and asked how much is it for half of the month since I am moving out on the 15th of this month and that is when they decide to ask is it anything that they could do to save me.

YOU SHOULD OF THOUGHT ABOUT THAT THIS WHOLE YEAR, NOT WHEN I DECIDE TO LEAVE.
