I have only lived here for about 5 months and it sucks!! Luckily I am moving to another state and my employeer is paying to break my lease. I live on the 1st floor, there is no ventilation what so ever. I have base board heating that is on all the time and it is 95 degrees throughout the year. I only have a wall unit air conditioner in the living room, so the bedroom will be so hot in the spring/summer (luckily I'm moving in April before it gets too hot). I've called 10 times to get my heating fixed and there is still an issue. My carpet is disgusting. There are nasty stains all over it. They sent out a carpet cleaning company to clean it, but it still looks the same. I've had ants in my bathroom - gross!! There are bums that wander around near the trash dumpsters.

The management sucks!! They are clueless. They are very bad at bookkeeping (don't mark down that you've paid your rent when you have and give you a notice that you haven't paid). There are constantly new people working in the management office so you never know who to talk to.

I've used the workout facility once and most of the machines were broken. Also, if you want a secure place to live, this is not the place for you. The entry gate is always broken, I think it's worked about 5 times the whole time I've lived here. The hallways in the apartments smell like curry.

I would not recommend this apartment to anyone!!
