I have read some of the reviews on line here and think that some people are crazy. I have never had a bit of trouble with the manager, the office or the maintenance staff. Recently, my husband and I have noticed that work orders are getting done within 48 hours.

I could write about somerset and how bad the experience was there when I lived there, but who has the time to write a book.

I would recommend.....if you have a problem, ask.

It must be really nice if you have to write enough work orders that you notice they are getting done within 48 hours....I wonder if the management is writting these reviews? This place is horrible.
