I lived in this complex when it was owned by Village Park and everything ran smoothly. When Eagles Landing took over, it was like everything came loose. There was more garbage pile-up, took less care of the gym and clubhouse and the staff was horrible. They claimed to be cleaning up the area, but there were disabled cars all over the place. The staff made several mistakes with our rent and even made promises to us that they reneged on. The last straw was a heated argument with a member of the staff and we gave our notice and moved out. I would not recommend this complex for anyone wanting peace and quiet at home. The only thing I liked about this complex was the maintenance, they were conveniently located in the complex.
