looks nice & clean, but you gotta be careful before move-in

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
1. Dumpsters which are not emptied properly
2. Plumbing noise from upstairs
3. No daily maintenance, even not proper services
4. Staffs are very rude
5. Rent is going up with no better services provided
6. Transer costs too much
7. No privacy protected among neighborhood because of too many units
8. Laundry rooms are nightmare...
ETC....Looks very nice but not really...
