Thank the Lord we only had to live here for 5 months while we had a house built, and we only lived here because they offered a flexible lease and we have 2 dogs. First off, the apartments are old and not kept up well. Our entrance area was disgusting until they finally spruced it up a bit about 2 weeks before we moved out (typical). We had problems with our A/C (it went out for 5 days when it was about 100 degrees so we had to get a hotel). The people above us woke me up about every night, so the walls ceilings are old and not remotely sound proof. Then, we had trouble with our furnace. The clientele here is less than stellar. Oh, our car was hit about a week after we moved in and no one claimed it, of course. Very bad experience that I am trying repress. I am thankful that my daughter is only 2 and will never remember it. The only good parts about living here are the convenient location and the flexibility of the lease, which I am sure is the only way they stay afloat.
