I have lived in the complex going on three years. It has been a fantasic place to live. Every school is almost in walking distance. Not to mention the office staff is great, and the maintance is fast and very professinal. I would also like to add the office always has special events for all the residents.

Funny your comments only concern the office staff and not you living experience. I wonder if you are a member of the staff.....this place is a crock.

This person is right! The complex is within walking distance of a school. In fact, our apartment was less than 50 yards from the playground at that school. It was so nice to hear the blood-curdling screams of elementary school children at 10am EVERYDAY!!! I loved it when I finally had a day off, and while I was sleeping, it sounded like a warzone less than a football field's length away from my bedroom. It was so serene that I had to keep earplugs next to my bed. What a wonderful experience!!! Oh, and did I mention that the highway is on the other side of the complex. How calming. So, if you want smog, screams, and much much more, please move here.
