The management staff was rude. It took forever to get repairs done. Frequently they lost our requests to repair things. They did a very poor job of snow removal. The parking was horrible. I often had to park several buildings away from the building I lived in. People frequently left trash on their balconies and outside their apartments along with bikes and other things and nothing was ever done about it. There was a gate in front that we had to pay $25 deposit for an access card. It may have worked for a week the whole year I lived there. It was frequently broken and provided no real security as any mid-size car could drive under it. It was way overpriced. Overall living there was an unpleasant experience.
