I have have lived here for 10 months and I just love it! A coulple weeks ago the office staff had a kareoke party at the clubhouse and my children and I went and had so much fun! Every time I've had a maintenance request it has been taken care of in a timely and efficent manner. I feel safe here in a gated community. Now that it is time for me to renew my lease after a year they didn't even give me a rent increase and offered to wash my carpet! I reccomend Eagles Landing to every family!!!

If by "gated community," you mean that mechanical gate thing at the front of the complex (that never worked), then yes, it is a gated community. Otherwise, the highway and an elementary school are the only "gates" around this place.
