It is quite possible that this is the worst complex that I have ever seen. Parking is not a problem as I pay for a carport. Maintenance takes forever, regardless of the issue, the front office staff states that they will fix something but it is never done, the gates never work, and when they do someone superglues the keyhole. Additionally, when they do work there is a traffic backup.
Less than desireable neighbors, dirty parking lots, grass uncut, and no amenities ever work properly.
Truly a ghetto outside the ghetto.
